- Proposed to build a Walmart Localization team, that supports beyond International to provide translation and language QA services.
- Helped create and streamlined the new UX content strategy ways of working with the product roadmap using JIRA flows (epics, stories, sprints, and stand-ups) to ensure sub initiatives met agile delivery timelines with all stakeholders.
- Acted as Agile Kanban Master to groom scope of work on Jira tickets, assessed deliverables, and allocated resources from a common pool of content strategists to specific UX designers and researchers to complete the assigned tasks.
